The Customer Connect team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the submission, preparation, and tracking of factory recoveries related to buybacks, campaigns, and recalls. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely coordination with factory partners and internal teams.
HSD/GED; Bachelor's Degree Preferred Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively and follow up in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, particularly in data entry and documentation.
