The technical support position is mostly dedicated to the EMEA region. The position is a key stone in the success of Calderys. The technical support is in close relation with the sales team and other departments in Calderys. Calderys differentiates from the competition by selling solutions and not only products this is why the role of technical support is central and a key contribution to the success. The time of a technical support engineer is shared between making technical offers, customer visits, trial follow up mostly but is very diversified in terms of activities. As we act on a large area, the needs and the topics can vary a lot from one customer to another. This position also mobilizes different set of competencies both technical and social which make the position a good opportunity to enjoy and develop new skills.
