We're growing our sales team and we're looking to bring on an entrepreneurial and experienced Account Executive to drive and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with Calabrio's business goals. This role will require strong prospecting abilities, relationship management skills, and a focus on achieving sales quotas while delivering value to public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals for software and service offerings within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the SLED market.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, to manage sales pipeline and reporting.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment, preferably with SaaS or government solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in managing a full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
