The VIP Services Clerk arranges accommodations for all hotel patrons and coordinates requests required for their stay.
Greet guest, register, create room assignment, and issue room keys.
Responsible for operating/balancing bank.
Compute bill, collect payment via cash or credit card, and make change for guests.
Responsible for printing all required reports, review reservation listings daily, review previous events with audit staff, run bucket check, assist reservations by accepting and confirming reservations.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1 yr. experience as a Front Desk Clerk or Reservationist preferred.
Must be able to maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude at all times during shift.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to accurately perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures and an interruptive environment.
Must possess the ability to move effectively and efficiently throughout the hotel floors.
Must be able to read, write, and understand simple instructions.
