  • Proactively ensure channel teams have finalized briefs, targeting guidance, final creative, offer details, and audience definitions needed to activate.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and misalignments early—and escalate with recommended solutions.

CrossFunctional Communication & Alignment

  • Serve as the operational connective tissue between Creative, Media, CRM, Product, Analytics, Brand, and Legal.
  • Confidently summarize key campaign details, distill complexity, and ensure the right teams have the right information at the right time.
  • Lead preparation for cross functional campaign meetings, including agendas, action logs, and follow through.

Creative Request Management

  • Maintain an organized library of campaign assets, versions, and final deliverables.

Operational Excellence & Workflow Stewardship

  • Keep the campaign pipeline organized, ruthlessly prioritized, and transparent to stakeholders.
  • Support improvements to GTM processes, intake forms, templates, and workflows.
  • Maintain documentation including briefs, timelines, deliverables, GTM summaries, and channel activation checklists.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc requests for campaign coordination, GTM documentation, and cross team alignment.

Measurement & PostCampaign Support

  • Coordinate with Analytics and Channel Leads to collect post campaign results, insights, and recaps.
  • Maintain a repository of key learnings that inform future GTM planning.
  • Support preparation of campaign readouts by organizing inputs and formatting slides.
