The Retail Sales Associate provides excellent Family Style Service and actively promotes the selling of merchandise, operates a cash register and handles all payment transactions for purchase. The Retail Sales Associate receives, unpacks, and puts away the daily deliveries of merchandise. He or she employs selling techniques required for the position. The Retail Sales Associate ensures that the selling areas are neat and clean and that they comply with visual standards. Retail Sales Associates consistently demonstrate all required Family Style Service behaviors and standards. All Retail team members should be outgoing, upbeat, energetic, flexible and reliable. Scheduled days and shifts will change as needed to meet business demands. Candidates must be willing and able to be cross trained and work in all other Retail outlets.
