Painting, wallpapering, installing drywall and general maintenance. Performs all duties in accordance with company policies and within the realm of Caesars Entertainment Mission Statement.
Daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint, and furniture. Touch-up hotel, casino, back of house, restaurants and throughout facility. Repainting of curbs, traffic stripes and directional signs throughout facility. Maintain all finishes throughout hotel, casino, back of house and restaurants. Repair and repaint exterior structure and doors. Assist in all special projects. Ability to use airless spraying equipment. Ability to mix and match colors. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of three years' experience in painting and sheetrock repair. Installation and proficiency in hanging all types of wall covering is preferred. Required to perform the Customer Service Standards of the department. Ability to understand and comply with all hotel and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Requires 100% mobility to include frequent standing, bending and reaching from floor to 6ft., climbing using ladders and stairs. Operating equipment such as scissor lift or boom lift is preferred. Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting and maneuvering large loads weighing up to 100 lbs. Use of hand and power tools. Requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires normal sense of smell, touch, and sound. Requires normal vision range and the ability to distinguish letters and symbols. Requires communicating by telephone, beeper, and radio. Flexible availability, including all shifts and varying days off.
