Responsible for guest interaction at the Rewards Club desk. Directly supervises: None
Key job functions include greeting all guests, promoting exceptional customer service, promoting membership into the rewards program, educating patrons on rewards club benefits, maintaining daily procedures regarding the Rewards Club members, balancing a cash drawer, handling coupons and newspaper promotions, making public announcements, managing direct mail inquiries, and assisting with resolution of player complaints and promotional item distribution.
Qualifications include an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude, comfort initiating conversations, high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read and write, mathematical skills, reasoning ability, fostering a fun environment, being gracious to guests and co-workers, promoting a positive influence in the community, supporting superior customer service, obtaining and maintaining an Indiana Gaming Commission License, and meeting physical demands including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and vision requirements.
