Director Of Quality
At Caesars, quality isn't just a checkpoint — it's the foundation of trust and delight in every guest interaction. Our digital ecosystem spans mobile apps, websites, kiosks, and in-room experiences, all powered by a living product design and engineering system that evolves in real time. We are looking for a quality leader who can elevate testing from a function to a discipline — ensuring every experience feels effortless, reliable, and extraordinary.
As Director of Quality, you'll own the strategy, systems, and culture that guarantee the integrity of our platforms. You'll lead teams that embed quality into every stage of delivery, from design to deployment, and champion automation, observability, and resilience at scale. This is a build-and-transform role — not just maintaining standards but creating frameworks that enable speed without sacrificing trust.
We seek a strategic and hands-on leader who views quality as a product, not a process — someone who can balance innovation with rigor and inspire teams to deliver experiences that exceed expectations for millions of guests.
What you'll do:
- Lead quality strategy: Define and execute a vision for quality engineering across web, mobile, kiosk, and in-room platforms, ensuring reliability and performance at scale.
- Build and scale teams: Grow and mentor a high-performing quality organization, including QA engineers, automation specialists, and performance testers.
- Embed quality in delivery: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to shift our quality practices left and integrating them into our CI/CD pipelines, design systems, and release workflows.
- Champion automation: Drive adoption of automated testing frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing across React Native, Next.js, and API layers.
- Ensure resilience: Establish standards for observability, error handling, and failover strategies to maintain uptime and guest trust.
- Govern compliance: Oversee adherence to ADA, security, and data privacy standards while ensuring audit readiness.
- Optimize performance: Implement load and stress testing strategies to validate scalability for millions of daily interactions.
- Measure and improve: Define KPIs for quality, monitor defect trends, and continuously improve processes to accelerate delivery without compromising stability.
- Collaborate across functions: Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and operations to ensure quality is a shared responsibility.
- Represent quality: Communicate priorities, risks, and progress to executive leadership and influence decisions with data-driven insights.
You bring:
- 10+ years in software quality engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience building and scaling QA organizations in high-traffic, multi-platform environments.
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Jest) and performance testing tools.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architectures (AWS), and modern front-end frameworks (React Native, Next.js).
- Familiarity with accessibility, security, and compliance standards.
- Ability to translate technical quality metrics into business impact narratives.
- A mindset that sees quality as a driver of guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or consumer services with real-time personalization.
- Knowledge of AI-driven testing or predictive quality analytics.
- Familiarity with component-driven design systems and design-to-code workflows.
- Background in multi-tenant architectures or cross-brand ecosystems.
Why join Caesars Tech:
- Impact at scale: Shape quality for millions of guests across 50+ properties and a 65M-member loyalty program.
- Collaborate broadly: Work with engineering, product, and design leaders to embed quality into every experience.
- Drive transformation: Help modernize legacy systems and build a future-ready quality culture.
- Create guest confidence: Deliver experiences that feel effortless because they're engineered for reliability.
Final note:
This is a role for leaders who believe quality is not a gate but a guarantee — and that the best experiences are built on trust. If you're ready to define what excellence means for digital hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.
