Technical Sales Leader

Providing technical leadership for B2B and B2C sales for CAE-OAA's ab-initio pilot training business;

Suggesting new methodologies to increase efficiencies;

Working in partnership with the Operations team to implement airline cadet programs;

Providing overall guidance, direction and leadership to optimize operations;

Reviewing and analyzing workflow with the goal of improving business efficiencies;

Collaborating closely with the management team to establish goals and objectives for CAE-OAA's ab-initio pilot training business;

Meeting with prospective B2B and B2C customers to discuss CAE-OAA's ab-initio pilot training programs and business opportunities;

Maintaining consistent growth in revenue and ensuring that cadet intake matches or slightly exceeds the capacity of the flight schools within the FTO business;

Serving as the prime client contact on all activities relating to the B2B sales of CAE-OAA's ab-initio pilot training programs;

Providing expert guidance throughout all stages of the B2B and B2C sales;

Reviewing strategies with local US employees and working on corporate tactics to remain competitive in the ab-initio pilot training business;

Implementing CAE's project management philosophies, goals and processes;

Executing strategies specific to the customer's expectations;

Facilitating the development and communication of CAE-OAA's core values and ethical standards;

Ensuring compliance with CAE standards; and

Performing any other relevant duties consistent with the role.
