Position Description:
Manage complex customer engagements and work cross-functionally to achieve sales objectives
Achieve a targeted Japan IP quota and increase in sales revenue for IP products within the fiscal year
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our IP products.
Position Requirements:
Master’s degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA, MSEE, or MSCS is a plus.
10+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably in semiconductor/EDA/IP sales.
Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
