Senior HR Systems Analyst (Military HR)

CACI is the prime contractor for the US Air Force Taj Mahal program, an integration and transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP SaaS solution, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of USAF legacy systems to a SaaS solution will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our USAF airmen and their families.

We are seeking a Senior HR Systems Analyst with deep expertise in military HR processes, especially Accessions, Assignments, and Orders. In this role, you will work directly with Air Force HR leaders and Agile Product Teams to translate mission-critical HR requirements into Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configurations, reports, and user stories. Your expertise will ensure the system supports accurate and auditable military personnel lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Air Force HR stakeholders to refine requirements for Accessions, Assignments, and Orders.
  • Translate epics and features into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Configure and validate Core HR (workers, assignments, positions, grades/steps, flexfields).
  • Configure BPM approval workflows for personnel actions (PCS orders, accession approvals, reassignment workflows).
  • Collaborate with developers on HDL/HSDL migration templates and validate functional data loads from legacy systems (e.g., MilPDS).
  • Support UAT by creating test cases and guiding users through validation of HR lifecycle scenarios.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD HR policies, audit standards, and readiness reporting.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • BA/BS + 7 YRS
  • 10+ years of experience in Military HR (Air Force preferred) with deep knowledge of Accessions, Assignments, and Orders.
  • Proven experience implementing enterprise HCM systems (Oracle Fusion HCM, PeopleSoft, or Oracle EBS HRMS).
  • Strong Business Analysis skills (epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Familiarity with DoD HR data models and compliance standards.

Desired:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR certification.
  • Prior Air Force HRIT program experience.
