Degree: BS degree in a field of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math. Minimum of six years of post-graduate marine, power, or manufacturing plant technical experience. Must be able to attain NAVSEA certifications in Classic and Backfit RCM (per the MIL-STD-3034 (RCM) Process). Security Requirements: Must be eligible to possess a final U.S. Government security clearance. Experience with Navy and commercial ship Design Specifications and maintenance management. Experience or fluency with reading and comprehending engineering drawings, technical manuals, and other technical documentation for RAM analysis. Fluency in relevant maintenance and reliability engineering tools (i.e., Reliability Block Diagrams, Fault Tree Analysis, Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis). Familiar with reliability analysis software (i.e., Reliasoft, RAPTOR, Windchill). Passion for enhancing naval operations through innovative RAM practices. This position is primarily remote with occasional travel to the Washington Navy Yard or CACI Chantilly office.
Active USCG license. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional or Certified Reliability Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a background in reliability engineering and shipboard operations.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $86,600 - $181,800
