Cybersecurity Engineer (Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC)), Senior

We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of US AREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Cybersecurity Engineer (Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC)), Senior. This position is in support of the USAEUR Mission Partner the PP&P located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, implements, and tests cybersecurity solutions to meet DoD and NSA cybersecurity and RMF compliance standards
- Designs and implements security solutions, including commercial products and technologies from the Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Components List
- Manages CSfC technical solutions, including development and maintenance of CSfC documentation, training materials, compliance reports, and the NSA accreditation process
- Analyzes complex security issues and develops effective solutions and incident response to maintain cybersecurity compliance and readiness and limit cyber impact
- Assesses emerging cybersecurity policies, technologies, and best practices to make recommendations that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cybersecurity operations and overall security posture
- Manages the RMF program and the development and maintenance of Assessment and Authorization (A&A), architectural, and other documentation in the authoritative location, including external systems and Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS), under the purview of the MPs
- Performs Security Control Assessment (SCA) reporting and services, including inspecting/assessing networks, generating POA&M documentation, preparing exceptions for Government review, performing risk assessments, generating findings, and recommending courses of action
- Provides SCA-Validation services IAW the RMF by developing, maintaining, and evaluating accreditation packages for unclassified and classified networks, information systems, Protected Distribution Systems (PDS), and circuit connections
- Prepares certification testing and evaluation risk reports and artifacts, final reports, RMF scorecards, and security assessment reports
- Develops and conducts Test and Evaluation visit in-briefs and out-briefs and discusses results with the system owner
- Provides CSSP support and maintains SOPs/TTPs and automated libraries for documentation and ensures compliance with RMF
- Supports cybersecurity protection activities, detection actions, incident response, and sustainment and analysis, engineering, and support for networks, software, hardware, equipment, and C2 systems support
- Mentors less experienced cybersecurity personnel and communicates and presents security concepts and recommendations effectively
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

Qualifications:
Required:
- Currently hold a Secret Clearance with the ability to maintain
- BA/BS + 8 -12
- Certification - Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC
- Demonstrates extensive expertise in designing and implementing advanced cybersecurity solutions, preferably Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) components to meet DoD and NSA standards.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Security Control Assessment (SCA) processes, and Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS), ensuring compliance across classified and unclassified networks.
- Exhibits mastery in managing complex cybersecurity programs, preferably including C2 systems and CSfC, and security documentation development, accreditation processes, testing and evaluation, detection actions, incident response strategies, sustainment and analysis, and engineering to support networks, software, hardware, equipment, and systems.
- Showcases exceptional analytical skills in assessing emerging cybersecurity threats and recommending innovative solutions to enhance overall security posture.
- Displays strong leadership abilities to mentor junior staff, supervise teams, and effectively communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple high-impact projects, applying comprehensive knowledge to solve intricate cybersecurity challenges in government and military environments.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $108,400 - 227,500 USD
