Your Role at Cabot

Participate in the implementation of marketing programs across Cabot businesses to promote and support growth of Cabot's products and services, through the planning and execution of customer engagement campaigns across Cabot's customer engagement channels.

How You Will Make an Impact

Assist in planning and execution of customer engagement campaigns across Cabot's customer engagement channels, in support of Marketing Communications Managers.

Execute content publication across Cabot's customer engagement channels, such as e-marketing, website, advertising, social media, customer mailings, etc.

Understand the latest developments and global trends in channel and interactions, and bring engagement best practices to Cabot's channels.

Design, implement, and monitor automated marketing campaigns.

Assist in planning and leads execution of digital and in-person events, such as trade shows, conferences, product launches, customer events and webinars. May take full responsibility for specific events as required.

Coordinate with vendors for the design and production of digital and in-person events.

Raise requisitions in Cabot's ERP system and works with Cabot's Source to Pay (S2P) functions to ensure timely vendor setup, PO tracking and invoice processing.

Measure the effectiveness of the marketing communications campaigns across all customer engagement channels, reports trends and recommends improvements.

When required, assist in the design, development and production of digital and hardcopy marketing content and communications materials.

If required, assist in engagement channel support of the Corporate Communications group.

What You Will Bring to Cabot

2+ years' of experience in communications or marketing, preferably marketing communications.

Experience of working with customer engagement channels, such as e-marketing, website, advertising, social media, digital and in-person events, customer mailings, etc.

Knowledge of marketing communications practices and production techniques.

Experience of working with marketing technology suites, such as Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore.

Basic knowledge of creative software suites, such as Adobe Creative (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, etc) or similar.

Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-lingual/cultural environment, both verbal and written.

Good attention to details and ability to apply brand standards to different content or channels.

Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.

Excellent English language skills (verbal & written).

Additional Information:

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30.

Temporary 1+ year contract with possibility of extension.

Health insurance from first working day.

Monthly allowance.

Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days' work from home).

Salary: 1900 -2700 EUR Gross. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate's previous experience and qualifications.
