We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Engineer (TOE) to support project execution in Brazil. You will play a key role in coordinating between design, site teams, and project stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of works.

What You'll Do

• Review and analyze technical drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve design and site execution issues.
• Prepare and validate quantity take-offs, material lists, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress, reporting deviations and proposing corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
• Support procurement and subcontracting by providing technical input.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth technical workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Master's or a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer on infrastructure or industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, quantity calculations, and cost control.
• Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in an international project environment.
