Support Engineer – Technische Ondersteuning

We zijn op zoek naar een Support Engineer om een technisch supportteam te versterken dat verantwoordelijk is voor het begeleiden van klanten bij systeemproblemen, het oplossen van complexe situaties en het zorgen voor een soepele werking van geïnstalleerde oplossingen.

In deze functie behandel je klantvragen, bied je deskundige technische ondersteuning en werk je nauw samen met interne engineeringteams.

Wat je doet

• Bied eerstelijns- en tweedelijns technische ondersteuning via telefoon, e-mail en remote tools.
• Diagnoseer en los hardware-, software-, systeem- en configuratieproblemen op.
• Documenteer incidenten, oorzaken en oplossingen in het supportsysteem.
• Escaleer complexe problemen naar senior engineers of development teams wanneer nodig.
• Help klanten met productconfiguratie, systeeminzicht en correct gebruik.
• Voer preventieve ondersteuning uit, volg terugkerende issues op en draag bij aan procesverbetering.
• Behoud een professionele en klantgerichte aanpak bij het afhandelen van supportverzoeken.
• Werk nauw samen met product- en engineeringteams om technische bevindingen en feedback te communiceren.

Wie we zoeken

• Technische achtergrond via opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring (IT, elektronica, elektromechanica of vergelijkbaar).
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in technische ondersteuning, field service of een vergelijkbare rol.
• Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
• Vermogen om informatie te structureren, oplossingen te documenteren en duidelijk met klanten te communiceren.
• Ervaring met diagnostische tools, supportplatformen en remote assistentie-tools.
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Frans (beide vereist).
• Goed begrip van technische systemen en in staat om technische details om te zetten in praktische richtlijnen voor gebruikers.
• Klantgerichte mindset, geduld en een proactieve houding in probleemoplossing.
