About the Role
C3 Integrated Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is central to shaping our brand voice, strengthening our digital presence, and driving engagement through compelling storytelling and high-quality content. The ideal candidate is both a creative storyteller and a detail-oriented content strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Content Strategy: Partner with the VP of Marketing to help design and execute the overall content strategy aligned with business goals, buyer journey, and brand positioning.
- Messaging & Storytelling: Develop and maintain consistent messaging that articulates C3's value proposition, services, and differentiation across all channels.
- Community Engagement: Build and manage C3's presence on Reddit, Quora, Discord, and similar platforms to increase visibility, drive awareness, and support large language model (LLM) optimization.
- Social Media & Brand Management: Manage organic social media channels (LinkedIn, X, etc.), ensuring brand consistency, thought leadership, and audience engagement.
- Website Management: Own updates and optimization of company websites (WordPress and HubSpot CMS), including page content, blogs, landing pages, and resource hubs.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility, keyword rankings, and inbound lead generation.
- Campaign Content: Write and edit content for marketing campaigns including emails, nurture sequences, event promotions, and newsletters.
- Case Studies & Customer Stories: Interview clients and internal stakeholders to develop case studies, success stories, and testimonials that showcase client outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Demand Generation, Field/Partner Marketing, and Sales to deliver aligned, audience-driven content that supports the buyer journey.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on content performance, engagement, and ROI to inform future strategy.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or communications (B2B technology or cybersecurity experience preferred).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience managing websites in WordPress and HubSpot CMS.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, organic social media management, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
