This role combines technical expertise with systems engineering to ensure that human performance, usability, and mission effectiveness are built into every phase of the program.
You'll provide comprehensive technical and programmatic support throughout the full system life cycle — from concept refinement and technology development to production, deployment, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and analyze HSI and operational requirements
• Support concept development and creation of performance tools
• Conduct research, trade studies, and formal design reviews
• Support test and evaluation, laboratory, and field activities
• Participate in working groups, advisory panels, and mockup assessments
• Provide organizational and technical management support
• Investigate and assess emerging technologies
