Customer Service – Automotive Showroom (MOI, Kelapa Gading)
We're looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Service professional to be the welcoming face of our automotive showroom at MOI, Kelapa Gading. If you have a passion for people, a polished appearance, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is your chance to shine.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact, greeting customers with a warm smile and professional service
- Share key information about our showroom, vehicle models, and after-sales services
- Connect customers with our Sales team for in-depth consultations, pricing, and promotions
- Assist customers in viewing or experiencing our stunning display vehicles
- Keep the front desk and vehicle display area looking impeccable at all times
- Handle phone calls and messages professionally
- Support seamless teamwork between Sales, Admin, and Service teams during peak hours
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum High School graduate or equivalent
- Presentable, neat, and professional appearance
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Willing to be stationed at MOI, Kelapa Gading
- Preferably residing in or near North Jakarta
- Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry is a plus
