Are you an experienced and driven salesperson with an interest in building materials and home products? We are looking for a results-oriented team player who is passionate about combining service, customer focus, and sales in an exciting and fast-paced role – with one of the leading e-commerce actors in the Nordic region.

About the Role

Many of our customers want a little extra advice in the purchasing process, and therefore we have a team of salespeople who daily help our many incoming customers forward.

It is at least equally important for us that the customer receives the right response as the right product. The service we provide builds the foundation for long-term relationships. As a salesperson, you guide our incoming customers through the purchase process and help them complete the purchase in the best possible way based on their unique wishes and needs.

To your help, you have your colleagues with high experience, good support structure and not least our suppliers that you will be in continuous contact with.

The salary is fixed, with a variable part based on both customer satisfaction and results. The role is located at Bygghemma's office in Malmö.

About You

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in sales, preferably via telephone. We do not expect any major prior knowledge in the building materials trade since we offer a basic training in products, assortment, and order handling. An interest in our products is seen as a given for you to succeed and develop in the role. As a person, you are ambitious and take personal ownership over your own knowledge development. You like the idea of combining the words "service", "customer focus", and "sales" in a successful way.

You are a sales-oriented and results-driven person who, with your communicative ability, builds strong relationships in conversations. At the same time, you are a team player who thrives in a high-paced environment and always maintains a very high focus on business, constantly looking for opportunities to develop it.
