Job Description: Your Tasks
- Order processing from quotation to order recording: Handling customer inquiries, order recording, creation of quotation- and order-specific documents such as quotations, proforma invoices, order confirmations, advance invoices, etc.
- Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers.
- Continuous quotation tracking.
- Implementation of sales strategies through targeted communication.
- Coordination of delivery dates with internal interfaces such as purchasing and shipping.
- Close cooperation with the technical department to meet specific customer needs.
- Support of the finance department in the follow-up of open receivables.
- Processing of spare parts-related complaints.
- Taking on various tasks to support company goals.

Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Extensive experience in customer service of key account customers.
- Familiarity with sales processes, pricing, and the creation of quotations and orders.
- Proven experience working with an ERP system.
- Proficient use of MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external contacts.
- Strong initiative, innovation spirit, and the ability to drive improvements.
- Fluent German and English skills are required; other foreign languages are advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to independently solve problems while working closely with national and international teams in daily operations.
