Sales Enablement Manager

The role

Our B2B business is growing fast. We're hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to build the enablement engine - onboarding, coaching, playbooks, and tool adoption - so reps ramp faster, win more, and sell consistently, partnering closely with Sales leadership, Product, and Marketing. What does a Sales Enablement Manager do at Busuu?

  • Own the enablement plan: design and run the quarterly enablement roadmap across onboarding, continuous training, certifications, and SKO/QBR enablement - anchored to measurable outcomes (ramp time, win rate, stage conversion, average deal size).
  • Onboard at scale: build 30/60/90-day curricula for SDRs, BDMs, and Customer Success.
  • Coach for impact: deliver workshops and 1:1 coaching; enable frontline managers with call coaching rubrics and deal/forecast reviews.
  • Content & playbooks: create and curate playbooks from prospecting to close (talk tracks, battle cards, ROI calculators) and keep them current with Product Marketing.
  • Tools & workflow: drive adoption and ROI of our sales stack (HubSpot CRM, Outreach, plus enablement/LMS tools). Work with Sales Ops to build simple dashboards for usage and outcomes.
  • Program management: run cross-functional projects with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance; define timelines, owners, and success criteria.
  • Evidence & iterate: track participation, proficiency, and business impact; report monthly to Sales Leadership and iterate based on data.
  • At least 3+ years in B2B SaaS across sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying sales with a track record of improving productivity and attainment.
  • Strong facilitator and communicator; comfortable leading workshops and manager enablement.
  • Program owner who can scope, launch, and land multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Methodology fluency (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN/Value Selling) and practical deal coaching skills.
  • Very familiar with a range of sales tools and quick to navigate and leverage new ones.
  • Data-driven mindset; able to build simple reports and tell a story from the numbers.
  • Ideally experience enabling multi-region teams; EdTech or language learning interest. At Busuu we want to ensure that you have access to some great benefits:
