A highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through our bespoke product – Metlux which currently caters to the perfume industry and will soon be widening its target audience. S/He should have strong understanding for B2B sales, possess excellent communication skills and the experience in perfume industry.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of experience in sales with minimum one year experience in B2B sales
· Extensive experience in dealing professionally with key decision makers and following the top-down approach
· Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
· Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive to succeed.
· Proven track record as a Sales Executive/Manager or similar role, preferably in the perfume or perfume packaging industry.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to multitask and lead discussions across multiple areas within the department and the company.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events & exhibitions.
· Fluent in English and Arabic/more languages.
· Valid UAE driver's license
