We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the logistics and transportation industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring smooth coordination within the logistics process.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and patience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and logistics processes. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, scheduling, and communication.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); bilingual preferred. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to remain calm and patient while handling customer concerns. Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pay Range: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour, based on experience. Schedule: Full-time hours during assignment. Monday -Friday 8-5 Duration: Long-term temporary position with a small possibility of becoming permanent (not guaranteed).
