Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans to grow business in assigned territory
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships while sourcing new opportunities
Conduct a high volume of in-person and phone interactions with clients
Prepare and present sales contracts, lease agreements, and bids for projects
Generate sales reports, expense reports, and daily call logs
Promote rental and purchase equipment to meet client needs
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and feedback
Qualifications
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
1–3 years of sales experience (rental services industry experience preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to build client relationships
Comfortable with extensive driving and overnight travel
High school diploma or GED required (some college coursework preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office and rental/industry-related software
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Preferred
3–5 years of sales or rental industry experience
Proven track record of building new business and meeting/exceeding sales goals
