Temporary HR Specialist

We are currently seeking a Temporary HR Specialist to support our team in Spring, TX. This position plays a key role in managing employee benefits, leave administration, and workers' compensation coordination. We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable HR professional who can step in and contribute immediately.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and general inquiries
• Manage leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, etc.) in compliance with federal and state laws
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims and serve as liaison with insurance providers
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication related to benefits and leave programs
• Maintain employee records and support HRIS functions (Workday experience preferred)
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and collaborate with internal HR partners

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in benefits administration and leave management
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other applicable labor laws
• Experience with workers' compensation processes and insurance coordination
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR systems; Workday experience strongly preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
