Workplace Compliance & Safety Analyst

I'm working with a solid, growing company in Northwest Houston that's adding a Workplace Compliance & Safety Analyst to their HR team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys the compliance side of HR but also genuinely cares about employee support and workplace safety. This position sits at the intersection of HR, risk management, and safety, and it plays an important role in keeping operations compliant, employees supported, and leadership informed. Salary range: $70K–$75K Onsite | Full-time | Exempt

What This Role Focuses On:

• Supporting federal, state, and local compliance efforts (OSHA, employment regulations, documentation, reporting)
• Coordinating workplace incidents and assisting with claims and return-to-work processes
• Tracking and analyzing safety and risk-related data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Partnering with internal teams and outside vendors to support audits, reviews, and compliance needs
• Serving as a resource for employees with HR- and safety-related questions
• Assisting with onboarding support and HR system processing (ADP experience is a plus)

What They're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, compliance, safety, or risk-related work
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and confidential information
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Experience supporting a field-based or operational workforce is a plus
