Community Liaison

Our client is looking for a Community Liaison—someone passionate about people, relationship-building, and community impact. This role is ideal for someone with experience in outside sales for the healthcare industry, and who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. What you'd be doing:

1. Building strong relationships with referral sources (case managers, physicians, hospice centers, etc.)
2. Consulting with potential clients and guiding them through our services
3. Attending events, networking, and representing our agency in the community
4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent client care
5. Using CRM tools to track client pipelines and help drive agency growth

Our client is looking for someone who:

• Has 1+ years in a related field
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Enjoys solving problems and thinking on their feet
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Is located in Houston and open to occasional remote/weekend work
