Large commercial real estate brokerage firm in Houston is looking for a Client Services Associate. Essential duties & responsibilities include:
Provide business development, operational, and administrative support to commercial real estate brokers in our Savills Houston office.
Prepare correspondence, documents, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), reports, and account invoices in alignment with broker direction and/or company policies
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Develop and produce marketing presentations and reports, transforming ideas into polished designs using PowerPoint or InDesign, often within tight deadlines
Create market surveys and tour books of available properties, including collecting information and coordinating tour logistics
Maintain, organize, and periodically purge account files and records for assigned brokers
Serve as a point of contact for general company information, responding to and screening internal and external inquiries of a non-technical nature
Monitor action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Conduct research, assemble data, and support special projects as needed. Prepare and distribute transaction-related documents while maintaining accurate, up-to-date files and supporting report preparation.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and team members, proactively anticipating broker and client needs
Qualifications include:
4+ years of experience in commercial real estate administration or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Active Real Estate license in Texas is preferred.
Experience working in a brokerage firm in Houston is preferred but not required.
Ability to work onsite.
