Bupa Place (Salford Quays, M50 3SP) Permanent, Full Time Salary from £35,800 plus OTE This role is office based with potential for hybrid working options available once signed off - This is not a fully remote working position. Expectations around how frequently you will need to attend the office will be defined by your manager if successful. We make health happen. What you'll be doing As a Sales Team Manager you will be leading and managing a team of up to 12 front line Healthcare consultants. You will be responsible for influencing our team culture, driving the right customer experience and delivering department objectives.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

• Telesales or call centre experience
• Experience of working in a regulatory environment
• Proven management experience essential
• Experienced in the coaching and development of call centre advisers
• Able to make important decisions within agreed parameters and day to day decisions without referral
• Positive attitude and self-motivation
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
