We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Delivery – Customer Platform for our Technology team.

What's involved

  • Lead delivery across a broad Customer Platform portfolio, balancing new initiatives, continuous improvement and platform health
  • Coach and develop a group of experienced leaders, helping them grow capability and confidence
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, vendors and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
  • Bring clarity to planning, sequencing and trade‑offs across multiple squads and dependencies
  • Shape pragmatic ways of working that blend agile thinking with strong delivery discipline
  • Oversee funding, capacity, vendor partnerships and delivery governance in a way that supports long‑term sustainability
  • Build delivery confidence by proactively managing risk, dependencies and operational readiness
  • Drive clear return on investment from our platforms

About you

You're a calm, credible delivery leader who enjoys working at scale and navigating complexity. You know how to bring people with you, even when priorities compete and the path isn't always obvious. You value teamwork, transparency and continuous improvement and you're energised by developing others to do their best work. You'll be joining a supportive leadership team that values collaboration, open conversations and shared accountability. What you'll need

To set you up for success, you'll bring:

  • Senior delivery leadership experience across large portfolios with a mix of running and growing the platform.
  • Strong experience delivering within complex technology environments
  • A pragmatic understanding of agile, lean and structured delivery approaches
  • Confidence managing scope, budgets, vendors, risks and dependencies at scale
  • Experience coaching and developing delivery leaders and building high‑performing teams
  • The ability to translate customer, commercial and platform priorities into clear delivery outcomes
  • Experience communicating to executives and strategic leaders
  • Ability to operate at a strategic level and in the detai l
  • Experience with Salesforce is a must
