About the Role

As a Campaign Delivery Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing supplier campaigns to life across multiple channels, ensuring everything runs smoothly from brief through to delivery and reporting.

You'll make campaigns happen through timeliness and accurate delivery. This is a role where organisation meets creativity, and where your ability to keep things moving makes a real difference for our partners and our business.

What's involved

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of supplier retail media campaigns, from initial briefing through to post-campaign wrap-up
  • Schedule, book and monitor campaigns across channels, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to brief
  • Review campaign assets and details, helping ensure they're aligned with agreed requirements before going live
  • Use campaign workflow tools (like Monday.com) to keep work organised, visible and moving
  • Support the introduction of new tools, systems and ways of working that make life easier for the team
  • Maintain clear documentation and contribute to shared knowledge so everyone can succeed
  • Be a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external partners, keeping communication clear and timely
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and get involved in small projects that lift how we work

Who We're Looking For

You're someone who takes pride in doing things properly and enjoys juggling multiple moving parts. You like being relied on, thrive in a busy environment and feel motivated when you help others succeed.

You'll be joining a supportive, down-to-earth team that values collaboration, curiosity and shared wins. You're comfortable working a wide variety of stakeholders, adapting your style to suit, and you bring a calm, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.

You'll need:

  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, media operations, or providing strong administrative or project support
  • Confidence using workflow and collaboration tools such as Outlook, Excel and platforms like Monday.com, Trello or Confluence
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Clear, friendly communication skills and a service-focused approach
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without losing momentum
  • Exposure to retail, FMCG or agency environments (helpful, but not essential)
  • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

You'll be part of a workplace where you'll feel like you belong.

We welcome applications from individuals of all ages, cultural backgrounds, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
