About the role: With the opening of our new Wacol Trade and Fulfilment Centre we are currently on the lookout for great new talent to join the team. This brand-new building will service our Online, Commercial and Kitchen customers, freeing up space in store and help our team deliver best service.

Our Trade and Fulfilment Centre plays a vital role in supporting our stores and customers. By accurately packing and delivering our customer online orders in full and on time, we work together to elevate pressure off our stores and exceed customer expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about starting in their career with Bunnings!

What's involved:

  • Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which include builders and site supervisors
  • Prepare quotes for site supervisors and estimators
  • Assist customer enquires over the phone
  • Communicate with sales teams
  • Maintain accurate inventory

You'll need:

  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • An ability to work in and contribute to a team
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of building products and build process
  • Good computer literacy
