Contract Support: Prepare and verify sales & purchase contracts done by BBS in coordination with Traders. Ensure accuracy of pricing, volume, specifications, and contract terms before execution. Maintain up-to-date contract records in SAP and shared folders.
SAP Data Entry & System Accuracy, ensuring complete data alignment between SAP, contract documents, and logistics records. Support troubleshooting on SAP trading execution and system errors.
Delivery/shipment Coordination & Documentation. Lead the coordination with Logistics and Operations on shipment schedules, delivery/vessel planning, and loading/discharge details. Prepare delivery/shipping documents checklist and SAP EP creation, etc. Track shipment status and update Traders daily.
By-Product Sales Support. Assist in customer communication when needed (documents, specs, DOs).
Cross-functional Coordination. Liaise with Plant, Execution, Logistics, Sustainability, and Traders to ensure smooth operations. Support RSPO & sustainability document preparation and traceability checks. Assist in addressing audits, internal queries, and external requests.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication across departments (Trader, Execution, Plant, Logistics).
Proactive problem-solving ability.
Team player with strong accountability.
Strong proficiency in SAP.
Good understanding of contract and trading documentation.
