An artificial intelligence (AI) engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that enhance business processes and solve complex problems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, AI engineers build and train machine learning models, develop algorithms, and integrate AI systems into existing software and infrastructure. In addition to technical responsibilities, AI engineers play a strategic role by identifying opportunities for AI applications and driving innovation across processes. With a focus on continuous improvement, AI engineers stay updated on advancements in artificial intelligence, exploring tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, to enhance scalability and efficiency. This dynamic role is essential for Bunge looking to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and implement the latest advancements in AI and machine learning frameworks.

• Implement AI into existing software systems to enhance functionality and user experience.

Use knowledge of Bunge's business, structure and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems. Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach others to grow in current or future roles. Drive results through high standards, focus on key priorities, organization, and preparing others for change.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. Hands-on experience in AI development, data analysis, and machine learning techniques. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, and TensorFlow; familiarity with PyTorch and Azure. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications in AI and machine learning enhance a candidate's skill set. Expertise in neural networks, natural language processing, and predictive models. Experience working with big data, pipelines, and statistical analysis tools.
