What you will do as a Production Manager:

• Operate the process of receiving, storing, and shipping grains and oilseeds, as well as finished products;
• Manage the team of grain processing machinery operators, warehouse operators, transport department, and accounting team;
• Ensure compliance with labor discipline, occupational safety, and fire safety rules;
• Ensure the implementation of sanitary rules and principles of food safety;
• Ensure the implementation of the production plan;
• Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of equipment;
• Control the primary accounting of raw materials and products;
• Training and development of subordinates, preparation of personnel reserve;
• Prepare projects for the improvement of the unit;
• Prepare the unit for major renovation and coordinate its implementation.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in personnel management and production processes, specifically in the positions of elevator manager, port elevator manager, or manager of oil extraction production for at least 1 year.
• Proactivity, result-oriented, stress-resistant.
