What will you be doing as an Laboratory Engineer – Lehliu Plant:

The core focus of this role is to ensure the quality control and safety of the products until their delivery to customers.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring production parameters to ensure production effectiveness and efficiency;
• Analyzing quality results, feedback, and interpretation for production or personnel management;
• Monitoring and analyzing the situation of complaints, determining the causes and measures for their elimination, ensuring the operative resolution of complaints received from the beneficiary;
• Creating and implementing control and testing instructions/procedures;
• Active participation in the analysis of the causes that led to the non-conformity of products in order to prevent them;
• Preparation of daily reports (regarding the quality of the finished product and raw material received) and other required reports and statistics;

What you can bring to the role:

• Education (University or College) degree, preferably with a focus on industrial chemistry is required;
• Minimum 1 year related experience in a similar position in FMCG industry;
• Positive audit results;
• Strong communication skills;
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
