The 18-month engineering trainee program in the EMEA region offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in Bunge's industrial operations.

Program Overview:

Start working at one of our locations—the Dnipro Oil Extraction Plant—and learn together as a group, at a regional and individual level, locally in daily operations. Interns will participate in a comprehensive international training program designed to provide an understanding of the operations, processes, and technologies of Bunge's crushing, processing, and packaging facilities.

Key Program Highlights:

  • Gain knowledge about the Bunge industry and business: Learn about the agribusiness sector and understand the roles and responsibilities in Bunge.
  • Build a professional network with global presence: Meet and work with professionals in the organization and abroad. Communicate and learn from leading professionals and global leaders.
  • Career Development: Establish a foundation for your future by acquiring ideas and skills that align with your career aspirations, and develop skills for strategic key positions in Bunge and workplace success.

After successfully completing the program, interns will transition to a business unit role that complements both the company's needs and the interns' career interests and personal strengths.

Who We Usually Hire for the Program:

  • Graduates with 0-2 years of prior work experience interested in agribusiness or food production sectors. Typical engineering backgrounds: Mechanical and Equipment Maintenance, Food Industry.
  • Enthusiasts with an international approach who are eager to learn and contribute to an impactful industry, bringing strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal communication.
  • A good level of English proficiency is required.
