We are seeking a capable and motivated individual to join our Refinery Services team as a Team Leader. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring that resources are used effectively to achieve production targets.

Reporting to the Refinery Production Chemist, you will coordinate day-to-day activities, motivate team members, and support the efficient running of the refinery services area.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, direct, and coach team members to achieve production goals.
• Coordinate resources and allocate tasks to maintain consistent output.
• Perform and oversee packing and product handling activities.
• Conduct stock takes and manage chemical orders in Syspro.
• Maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Enter production data and maintain accurate records.
• Drive productivity through planning, organization, and teamwork.

About you:

• You are an experienced and practical leader who enjoys working with your team to get results. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and keep operations running smoothly.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in food processing or refinery operations (advantageous).
• Current driver's licence.
• Forklift licence (preferred).
• Strong computer skills, with experience using Syspro desirable.
