About the Role…
We are looking for a product manager who will be responsible for a business-critical Salesforce ISV application in a complex enterprise environment.
We work in a dynamic, market-oriented development environment with short iteration cycles and a clear focus on pragmatic, implementable solutions rather than rigid, long-term roadmaps. In this role, a strong sense of judgment, technical understanding, and the ability to switch between strategic perspective and detailed Salesforce logic are required.
You will take product responsibility for a central solution in the executive search environment and work closely with global enterprise customers. You will make informed decisions, prioritize goals, and ensure that the implementation is consistently aligned with customer and business requirements.
You will not only manage a backlog but also analyze underlying business problems, identify causes, and use appropriate tools—including AI where appropriate—to define and implement effective solutions together with engineering teams.
Please note that very good English skills in both spoken and written form are required. French language skills are advantageous.
A Typical Day In This Role Includes…
Root Cause Analysis: Analysis of requirements and feature requests to understand underlying business problems and develop solutions that address the causes
Quick Analysis & Prototyping: Use of appropriate tools (including AI where appropriate) to create logic flows and wireframes and enable quick alignment with stakeholders and development teams
Context & Communication: Ensuring that development teams have a clear understanding of customer requirements and their practical implications
Dynamic Decision Making: Adjusting product direction based on data, usage insights, and customer feedback, and weighing relevant conflicts of interest
Collaboration in Implementation: Close collaboration with professional services and customers to solve challenges and ensure measurable value of new features
This Role Is Right For You If…
You have at least 4 years of experience in technical product management, as a product owner, or in the sales operations environment within a B2B SaaS company
You have demonstrably implemented solutions on the Salesforce platform or managed applications there
You have experience in the executive search/recruitment industry or in a comparable role (e.g., business analyst, sales operations) in the environment of HR/staffing technologies
You have thorough knowledge of the Salesforce platform (objects, flows, APIs, AppExchange)
You use AI tools effectively to support your work
You prefer a data-driven and flexible approach to product strategy
You can communicate clearly and structure and translate customer requirements into actionable requirements
You can work in dynamic environments and take responsibility for results
Additionally Beneficial…
Experience in executive search or in high-level recruitment consultancy
Experience with mobile applications or complex enterprise platforms
Knowledge of technologies such as Google Firebase or.NET integrations (e.g., Outlook)
Experience working with distributed or international development teams
Ability to present complex technical content clearly and concisely
