Addresses construction service and product issues at the customer’s site to ensure that customer complaints regarding the quality and reliability are resolved in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position is considered entry level with on-the-job training available.

In addition to the base wage listed, team members are also eligible to earn an additional incentive subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Eligibility and the amount of the incentive varies based on the terms and conditions of the locations’ active incentive plan for the respective year.
