Store Support Teammate (Part Time)

The Store Support Teammate is responsible for fulfilling our mission statement, "to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests." Additionally, this position completes a variety of sales support tasks assigned by the Store Manager.

Pay range: $14.81-$17/hr. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. For sales positions, Buckle pays a base rate plus 3% commission on sales. The range listed is the estimated base rate plus commission for Teammates in this position.

Essential duties and responsibilities include greeting guests, working flexible schedules, completing guest transactions, maintaining knowledge of sales and promotions, monitoring security risks, assisting in merchandising tasks, maintaining a clean store, understanding and applying Buckle's code of ethics, and performing job duties with high-level guest service.

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position. No prior experience or training is required. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and specific vision abilities. The work environment is a retail store setting with moderate noise levels.
