We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and relationship driven Inside Customer Service Representative to join our growing Dermatology division. Based in our NYC headquarters, you'll serve as a key connector between Bubble and our network of dermatologists and healthcare professionals nationwide.
In this role, you'll be the voice and face of Bubble's Dermatology team, providing exceptional customer support, leading virtual product demonstrations, and ensuring every dermatology office we partner with feels informed, valued, and inspired by our mission. You'll play an essential role in bringing Bubble's dermatologist community to life and driving product recommendations that reach thousands of patients.
Key Responsibilities
Experienced in inside sales, customer service, or dermatology/skincare account support, ideally within healthcare or aesthetic fields A clear, confident, and empathetic communicator who thrives in building trusted professional relationships Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-driven, adaptable, and motivated by performance goals and team success Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) or eager to learn
