Bubble's Growth Marketing team drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention by leveraging data, creative strategies, and marketing tools. We collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to optimize the customer journey and fuel Bubble's rapid expansion. Our mission is to bring more people into the Bubble ecosystem and help them realize their ideas using our no-code platform through impactful campaigns, content, and community-building efforts.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager who is highly analytical and strategic to join our growing marketing team. This person will own all paid acquisition channels end-to-end — including search, social, display, video, and emerging platforms — with a focus on driving efficient growth at scale. They will be leading the channel strategy and execution, leveraging experience and expertise on the changing landscape within the paid search channel. This person will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing.

We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $127,000 to $160,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
Location:
For this role, Bubble is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US and are within the New York City metro area. We will provide relocation assistance to those who are interested in moving to the NYC area.
We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly. For those who enjoy working from our Manhattan office on a more regular basis, we offer catered lunches, and happy hours, among other fun perks.
