BTIG seeks a motivated and organized HR Operations, Payroll, and Office Administrator. This role will be divided between overseeing the daily administrative functions of our People and Culture, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management and Office Administration, including assisting leaders with their expenses, and office administration for the APAC region, made up of 60+ employees based across Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. You will ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee data, and contribute to a positive employee experience by streamlining HR processes. Basic HR/payroll knowledge is required but in this role, you will be coached, and provided with the opportunity to work on culture, leadership and lifecycle HR projects.
This individual must have a positive attitude, the willingness to wear multiple hats, and is energized by working in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will display a proactive approach, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across business leadership, Human Resources, and Finance departments to ensure compliance and effective execution of people strategies. They must also be open to assisting with various administrative tasks and special projects as required.
