- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans for web, mobile, and API testing
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews for test automation scripts
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide quality-focused input during planning
- Establish and maintain testing best practices and standards
