Purpose of the Role

Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the business departments by providing efficient and reliable administrative and operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Document & Data Management: Process, format, and convert business documents; perform accurate data entry; maintain organized physical and digital filing systems; manage document archiving, integration, and retrieval.
  • Meeting & Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling internal and external meetings, prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, track and follow up on meeting action items and resolutions to ensure timely completion.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Task Accuracy Rate: Percentage of administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, document processing, filing) completed without errors. On-Time Completion Rate: Percentage of assigned administrative tasks delivered within agreed deadlines.

Knowledge and Experience

Not required (entry-level / open to candidates with no prior work history).

Skills and Abilities

Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Data & Document Handling: Competence in document/data entry, filing, document and archive processing, file conversion, and system integration. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

Qualifications

Associate's degree, University degree (Bachelor's) Personal Qualities/Aptitudes: Attention to detail, time management, communication and follow-up, adaptability to routine operational tasks.
