Bilingual Tech Support Rep

Montreal, QC/ Full-time

Pay Range: $26.17 - $34.89

Your responsibilities

The Bilingual Technical Support Rep will provide technical assistance for field technicians repairing product sold by BSH Home Appliances to consumers throughout North America.

• Provide diagnostic technical phone support to our authorized service agents repairing appliances.
• Works with training department providing technical input and guidance for training materials and programs.
• Reviews product manuals for accuracy and ease of use and provide feedback to technical writers.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, providing feedback regarding repairs and issues faced in the field by service agents.
• Working with Spice on the Pre prepping program
• Working with the Local FSMs to update and implement the FSTs truck stock
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Your profile

• High-School Diploma – Required
• Associate degree (Home appliance repair) – Required
• 5-7 Years of Experience (Home appliance repair) – Required
• Good communication skills required both in French and English.
• Must possess strong technical and diagnostic skills
• Bilingual in French and English (English only if you are not in Quebec). This position requires a functional mastery of both French and English. Proficiency in English is essential, as the role involves frequent communication and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders located outside the province of Quebec, including: • Cross-functional teams from showrooms in Canada and the United States; • Product training specialists based outside of Quebec; • Corporate teams and key stakeholders at the global headquarters in Germany, where English is the primary working language.
• Travel Percentage – 10%
