Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs to support AI/ML-powered applications. Collaborate with AI/ML teams to productionize models, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability across backend systems. Build robust observability — monitoring, logging, and alerting — for deployed applications. Partner with cross-functional teams (frontend, product management, DevOps, ML engineers) to deliver high-quality features on time. Stay on top of emerging technologies and advocate for smart adoption that keeps us ahead of the curve.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of professional backend development experience 3+ years Python and Node.js experience required 5+ Years of backend development experience 5+ years of API design (REST and GraphQL) and microservices experience 5+ years of multicloud experience, AWS + Azure required 3+ years of Kubernetes experience 3+ years of SQL and NoSQL experience 2+ years of DevOps experience AI/ML lifecycle experience required Asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture experience High growth environment experience Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Data engineering experience Highly regulated enterprise experience Hands on experience with AI/ML frameworks
